LOK-TSUI urgently needs a liver transplant. FU-HO summons TSUN-WING, and tells him that he will soon be eliminated under the intern system. TSUN-WING cheers himself up and completes Plate Carrying Championship. He then properly leaves MUSE. Host Chan delivers a shipment of premium red wine - for a wine tasting event - for storage in the wine cellar of Midsummer Night's Garden Hotel. LAI-CHING notices some bugs on the bottles, and she inadvertently breaks a bottle. FU-HO wants to go America to personally talk with Host Chan about supplying vintage wine for wine tasting event. LINA uses her pressure tactics to harass FU-HO again. LAI-CHING asks FU-HO to let her apologize to Host Chan……
