Upon the arrival of the President of the Republic of Garcia in Hong Kong, the police are aware of that there are two major functions that the President is going to attend. One is to deliver a speech at an international conference, and the other is to attend her daughter's graduation. CHIT takes the initiative to ask LAI CHUN out for a date, however, LAU CHUN takes him to go scouting around near the conference location to orientate themselves.
