Before Aleppo's fall, Syrian/Norwegian director Nizam Najar explores the inside of the war. To him one of the reasons the rebellion has failed, stems from the Syrian society itself.

During World War II, 12 000 children were born to Norwegian mothers and German soldiers. In WARS DON’T END five of these children tell their stories about lives of discrimination and abuse stemming from the choices of their mothers and the actions of their fathers.

When mom gets ill, Maria becomes the family's caretaker. But when she can't cope any more, her father seems to have given up.

A film telling the story of a man forced to make an existential choice by the deep dark forces battling inside his mind. Real film mixed with animation display his emotional universe and his torn state of mind.
