Lonely inhabitants at 28 Barbary Lane search for love and identity, turning to each other in the hope of finding happiness in San Francisco.

After being separated by family tragedy, cousins reunite through a traditional dragon boat race. As they compete, they repair their family bonds, form new friendships, and find their life's purpose.

Go Hae-jun runs away from home, while Baek Eun-yeong, a troubled student, ends up living in a tent with nowhere else to go. The two, who met by a twisted fate, end up living together in an abandoned old dormitory. Both hate the dormitory and each other, but with nowhere else to go, their difficult journey begins.
