Padre Coraje is a television drama from Spain, based on true events. Its theme song is performed by Paz Martinez.
In the early morning of November 22, 1995, in one of the few gas stations that were open at night in the city of Jerez, Juan Delgado was assaulted and murdered by robbers. He was 27 years old. The story of this miniseries portrays the drama of the family and the courage of his father, Francisco Delgado, to bring the murderer to justice. He poses as a drug addict from the San Benito neighborhood and makes the neighbors and friends of the criminals, including himself, believe that he is just a neighbor from the dangerous neighborhood.
