Ben Mears has returned to his hometown to write a book about the supposedly haunted Marsten House. When people around the Marsten House start dying mysteriously, Mears discovers that the owner of the mansion is actually a vampire who is turning them into an army of undead slaves.

Xiong Ge starts a new life following the disappearance of her sons and ex-husband. She opens a hostel called The X-Dormitory, in which she treats her tenants like her family. When Room 206 mysteriously appears out of no where and out walks her ex-husband, she gets a terrible feeling in her gut that something bad is about to happen.

Soiinthanin is a beautiful, smart, well-educated girl, who is the daughter of Saengfah, who owns the "Yupharet" house. But because her mother is only a mistress, and she is an illegitimate child, she spends her life in their house being oppressed and not experiencing the same privileges her half-sister Soifah gets. The miserable and painful life of her mother is not lost on her as she too finds herself facing the same fate when she falls for Soifah's fiance Phas, a man who has to marry her half-sister in order to maintain his noble family's honour.
