Nyckelord Trash

På en soptipp i Rios slumkvarter hittar några barn en plånbok och de inser att det inte är vilken plånbok som helst – utöver kontanter innehåller den nämligen en karta, ett id-kort och en nyckel. Snart har de polisen efter sig och en intensiv berättelse om korruption och smutsiga affärer på hög nivå rullas upp.

Agnès Varda har träffat återvinnare, lumpsamlare och sakletare runt om i Frankrike. Av mycket olika skäl tar dessa människor vara på vad andra har ratat. Genom dessa olika möten ges en mångfasetterad bild av vårt överflödssamhälle.

The fate of the world rests on Ueki, an average junior high student. Average until he gains the power to change trash into trees. Granted to him by the enigmatic Mr K., Ueki’s strange power forces him to participate in the 100-fighter "Battle of Supernatural Powers." If Ueki wins the tournament, Mr. K will become the new King of the Celestial World while Ueki will receive the "Talent of Blank", allowing him to choose any power he desires. However, if Ueki gets too many penalties during the game, he will disappear!

Ciao Darwin is a variety game show format from Italy sold under licence to several countries, including Romania, Hungary, Poland, Serbia, Canada, USA, China and Greece. There are two competing teams of about 50 people each, usually made up of people who fit certain opposing stereotypes. In each game two members of the audience are selected at random, one from each team, indicated by a light in front of them which remains illuminated when all the other team members' lights have gone off. The games involve contestants competing in acts of bravery, style and talent, some of which are designed to humiliate the contestants, especially an assault course which was introduced with the Italian version in 2010, and the Finale which is a water tank game.

2068: in a dystopic Milan, a simple watchmaker called Adrian takes on a corrupt regime, assuming various identities with the aim of awakening popular consciences.

Series produced by Canal Brasil addressing independent cinema made by directors from the most diverse parts of the country, who make video and audio works with few resources, but equipped with a lot of creativity - in a film style that became known by the nickname of "trash".
