A midwife is caught in a snowstorm on the way to Anatolia and forced to spend four months in an isolated village., where she’s soon tending sick children and delivering babies.

Orhan receives a telegram from the village Agha telling him to go to Istanbul and murder a business rival. Orhan follows orders and kill the industrialist Fazli Çetin. In prison he sent there's a plot against him.

A frigid young housewife cannot reconcile her sado-masochistic imagination with her daily life with her submissive husband. While he is at work, she starts working in the afternoons at a local, first-class brothel.

In the half-light of dawn, Halil falls down dead, murdered. His wife, Elmas, cries for justice, but, in fact, there will be no investigation. Life goes on for Elmas: during the day she works in the rice paddies with her little boy and, at night, she goes to catch frogs with the other villagers.

When a couple with five children return from abroad, the father is unable to find work and his wife develops a terminal disease. He then looks for a new family to adopt each of his five children.

Follows the life of a Turkish woman living and working in Germany.

Gülşah, a little child, is the nightmare of the nannies hired to take care of her. Growing up without a mother, Gülşah kidnaps all the nannies brought to the house with her tricks. When her latest nanny doesn't give up that easy, she comes up with a different plan.
