Kosuge, the president of a factory, is killed by someone while returning home. A bag charm is found at the scene. When Akira Higuchi and his colleagues from the Metropolitan Police Department's Investigation Division investigate his home, they find a bankbook with the letters A, Y, M, and S written in English. It turns out that the charms left behind were custom-made by Seiji Iwai. However, Seiji had committed suicide five years ago in a robbery-suicide case. Seiji's mother, Mizuki, is an old acquaintance of Superintendent Tendo. Higuchi heads for Mizuki's place...

A thrilling and entertaining piece in which Jirokichi, portrayed by Morio Kazama, tackles a major event involving an attempt to assassinate the shogun. This production features historical figures such as Toyama Kagemoto, Oshio Heihachiro, Utagawa Hiroshige, and Watanabe Kanzan in their youth, depicting their exploits before they became famous. It becomes a lively portrayal of youthful vigor, with scenes of Jirokichi leaping using trampolines, creating a light and lively action.

Assault! Human!! (突撃！ヒューマン！！ Totsugeki! Hyūman!!) is a Japanese tokusatsu series co-produced by Nippon TV and Union Motion Picture Co. in association with Mot Boule. Filmed as a live stage show, it was broadcast on television from October 7, 1972 to December 30, 1972. Having never been released on home video and the master tapes believed to have been overwritten, the show is now considered completely lost. Many of the suits used for the kaiju were acquired by Toho through Bin Promotion, using them for their 1973 series Go! Greenman.
