Takemichi moet een sleutelkastje veranderen dat Hinata kan redden. De belangrijkste zaak betreft een triest incident dat plaatsvond bij zes mannen, die later de Tokyo Manjikai Gang vormden.
Opnieuw wordt Hinata in het bijzijn van Takemichiha vermoord door de nu gemilitariseerde Tokyo Manjikai-bende.
S.W.O.R.D is een organisatie van vijf afzonderlijke groeperigen, die elk een domein binnen een stad toegewezen kregen. Af en toe onstaan er conflicten tussen de verschillende groeperingen, maar als geheel domineren ze de hele stad. Tot op een dag de Mighty Warriors tevoorschijn komen.
