The famous author Mark Storm's publisher is unhappy with his books and asks him to write books in a more popular genre, crime for example. When Mark Storm comes to his apartment, he finds a burglar, Kurre. He notices that they have a physical similarity and they change identity, which makes it possible for Storm to make empirical studies in the world of crime.

The story revolves around a collective of variety artists. A stolen safety deposit box theft gets all in toruble.

John is the skipper of the Albertina which is moored in Mariehamn. Nearby is luxury yacht Sea Star, where Ann-Mari boards. She begins to take an interest in John and makes sure to come aboard the Albertina to meet him.

Åsa-Nisse is visited by cousin Doris from the United States. Nisse, Klabbarparn and Doris will travel to Stockholm, but Nisse and Klabbarparn lose track of Doris, who get into a hands of a Casanova. Nisse and Klabbarparn instead ends up at the Nordic Museum, where Åsa-Nisse turns out to have unexpected qualities in the art of imitating a mannequin. After that they had found each other is Doris robbed and it leads to a wild brawl that it sparkles and sputters on.

Swedish movie from 1939. In summer Stockholm live the unemployed musician Nisse trying to sell the songs to music publishers. One day the treasurer of a prominent publisher is arrested, on suspicion of theft of 10,000 crowns from a cash box. Nisse has, however, seen something suspicious.

American businessman Chris Johnson spent WW2 in Sweden and fell in love with a nurse, Karin Engström. He lost contact with her after war and now, seven years later, he returns to Sweden on a business trip, trying to find her again.
