After many years of imprisonment, Miguel is finally freed. On the day of his liberation, Miguel promises himself a clean and honest life to win back the family he has lost during his incarceration. However, nobody wants to take in an ex-convict, his steadfast resolution finally breaks, and to find urgent money Miguel joins his former partner Roy in his latest venture. Miguel does not realize, however, that Roy's company actually involves a criminal activity which implicates Miguel in an abduction and ransom crime. Two police officers who used to be the best friends are now torn between friendship and the call of duty. Cols. Baltazar and Ricarte graduated from the same class in Philippine Marine Academy. They even worked on the same assignment right after graduation. But that was the last news they heard about each other until they were caught in an awkward situation. Col. Ricarte is now considered a rebellious while Col. Baltazar is tasked to go after him. Now he has to set aside his personal interest for the welfare of the country.

Booba, newly arrived in the bustling metropolis (her choice of transportation from her far flung province, where her family owns a profitable fruit stand, should be seen to be believed), moves from an all-male dormitory (with its hole-infested bathroom door, for better peeping of course) where she worked the nights as a go-go dancer, to a Filipino-Chinese household where she worked as a nanny to an overfed eight year old, before ending up as the police's top secret agent.
