Radikalių nacių kartos vaikai, vadovaujami Andreaso Baaderio, Ulrikės Meihof ir Gydruno Ensslino kaunasi žiauriame kare prieš, jų manymu, naująjį fašizmo veidą – Amerikos imperializmą, remiamą vokiečių personalo, kurių dauguma turi nacių praeitį. Jų tikslas – sukurti humaniškesnę visuomenę, bet naudojant nehumaniškas priemones, kurios ne tik sėja siaubą ir kraujo praliejimą, jie ir patys netenka humaniškumo. Žmogus, kuris juos supranta yra ir jų medžiotojas - Vokietijos policijos vadas, Horstas Heroldas. Nors jam ir sekasi persekioti jaunuosius teroristus, jis supranta, kad tai tik ledkalnio viršūnė.

The True Believers is a 1988 Australian mini series which looks at the history of the Australian Labor Party from the end of World War Two up to the Australian Labor Party split of 1955. It was co-written by Bob Ellis who focused on three characters "Chifley, the unlettered man of great dignity; Menzies, who used to stand for something but eventually stood only for Menzies; and Evatt, the grand idealist... It's almost like Shakespeare's Henry IV, Part 1. It's a chunk of national history during Australia's great era of change after the war."

In 2014, Germany television network ZDF commissioned a comprehensive TV documentary on the history of the Red Army Faction (RAF). In six 45-minute parts, the series describes the origins, rise, and fall of the terrorist organization "Red Army Faction." Interviewees include Winfried Ridder, former head of department at the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution; Rainer Hofmeyer, former head of department at the Federal Criminal Police Office; and political scientist Dr. Wolfgang Kraushaar.
