Filmas pasakos apie ką tik iš kalėjimo išėjusį gatvių lenktynininką Tobį Maršalą, kurį vaidina "Bręstančio blogio" žvaigždė Aaronas Paulas. Kalėjime Tobis atsidūrė po turtingo kolegos išdavystės, tad išėjęs į laisvę jis trokšta keršto. Vos pajutęs laisvės skonį Tobis vėl sėda už vairo ir ruošiasi per visą šalį besidriekiančioms lenktynėms. Apie tai sužinojęs, jį išdavęs kolega už Tobio galvą pasiūlo premiją. Tobiui teks ne tik įveikti savo varžovus, bet ir triumfuoti gyvam.

Miestelyje gyvena vos keli ekscentriški tipai – visuomenės atskalūnai, tačiau Jangas netrukus susidraugauja su prasigėrusiu kaubojumi Ronu ir gražuole Lyn, kuri švaistosi peiliais geriau už bet kurį vyrą. Tačiau žudikų klanas aptinka jo pėdsakus. Jangas stoja į kovą su nindzėmis žudikais. O jo ginklo broliais tampa Amerikos kaubojai bei gražuolė Lyn.

The inhabitants of the planet Thundera evacuate just before it is destroyed. They were pursued by a band of mutants. All but one of their escape ships was destroyed.
