Comedy about a woman suffering from low self esteem who gets breast enhancement surgery, unaware that her surgeon worships H.P. Lovecraft's elder gods, and the surgery is part of a diabolical plot to rule the world.

A young man (Tommy Sweeney) who's depressed about his failed suicide attempt, winds up going to a friends party anyway. Although his friends seem insensitive about his plight, he meets a model who sheds a different light on death.

Based on Gregory Lamberson's novel JOHNNY GRUESOME: When high school heavy metal rebel Johnny Grissom is murdered by a coke head, he returns from the grave as Johnny Gruesome, the "Headbanger from Hell!"
