하와이 섬에서 언니 나니와 함께 사는 외톨이 소녀 릴로는 엘비스 프레슬리의 노래를 즐기고 훌라춤을 추며 씩씩하게 하루하루를 살아가는 사랑스런 아이. 늘 친구 하나 만들기가 소원이었던 릴로는 동물보호소에서 스티치를 만나게 되자 그를 집으로 데려간다. 릴로에겐 그저 귀여울 뿐인 강아지로 보이지만 사실 스티치는 투로 행성의 실험용 외계 생명체. 은하계 감옥으로 끌려가던 중 도망치다가 그만 지구에 불시착한 것이다. 투로 행성의 스티치 추격대가 지구로 날아오고 스티치는 갖은 꾀로 그들의 추적을 피해다닌다.
625마리의 실험체가 하와이에 도착하자, 평화롭게 지내던 스티치에게 문제가 생긴다. 우승자 출신인 엄마를 본받아 훌라 경연대회에 나가는 릴로를 돕던 스티치는 갑자기 몸에 이상이 생겨 마을을 쑥대밭으로 만든다. 이제 사랑하는 친구 스티치를 구할 수 있는 유일한 희망은 오하나의 정신으로 무장한 릴로, 나니, 그리고 줌바의 손에 달려 있는데...
릴로, 스티치, 점바, 플레이클리는 마침내 점바의 모든 유전자 실험을 잡았고 각각이 속해 있는 진짜 장소를 찾아냈다. 스티치, 점바, 플레이클리는 은하 동맹의 자리를 제안받고, 릴로와 함께 지구에 머물 수 있도록 거절한다. 하지만 릴로는 그녀의 외계인 친구들이 그들이 있어야 할 곳을 가지고 있다는 것을 깨닫고 마침내 "알로하"라고 말할 때가 되었다.
하와이에 불시착한 줌바 박사의 실험용 외계 생물체 626호는 지구인 친구 릴로를 만나 스티치라는 이름을 얻고 이제는 지구에서 릴로와 나니, 데이빗, 그리고 사회복지사 코브라 버블스와 함께 살고 있다. 그러던 어느 날, 줌바 박사가 만든 또 다른 외계 생물체 625호가 스티치를 찾아온다. 한편 스티치를 잡기 위해 줌바 박사가 만든 221호도 커다란 해일을 일으키며 하와이에 착륙하게 되고, 625는 릴로와 스티치를 줌바 박사 일당과 221호로부터 지키기 위한 모험을 하게 된다. 드디어 가족과 친구들을 지키기 위한 스티치와 625호의 모험은 시작되고, 과연 그들은 줌바 박사 일당으로부터 자유로워질 수 있을 것인지....
This animated series chronicles the further adventures of renegade scientist Dr. Jumba Jookiba's beloved Experiment 626, who is now living happily as Lilo's alien buddy Stitch. Jumba’s remaining experiments have landed all over Hawaii in the form of dehydrated pods. Lilo and Stitch’s mission is to catch Stitch’s "cousins" before they fall into the clutches of the evil Dr. Jacques von Hamsterviel!
Stitch! is the anime adaptation of the animated feature film Lilo & Stitch and the successor for the Lilo & Stitch series by Walt Disney Animation Studios. It takes place after leroy and stitch and debuted in Japan on October 2008. The show features a Japanese girl named Yuna in place of Lilo, and is set on a fictional island in the Ryukyus off the shore of Okinawa instead of Hawaii. The island is called Izayoi. A second anime season, called Stitch! ~The Mischievous Alien's Great Adventure! began airing in Japan on October 13, 2009. A third yet different series from the first two season anime, entitled Stitch! ~Best Friends Forever~ aired on TV Asahi on July 6, 2010. The first season began airing under the English language on the Australian Disney Channel on 4 December 2009, and went to also air in English later on Disney Channel Asia December 19, 2009. The first season premiered on Disney Channel Latin America on May 2, 2010, in Latin Spanish dub. The Second season premiered on Disney Channel Latin America on June 6, 2011. The Third Season premiered on Disney Channel Latin America on August 20, 2012.
After being chased by space criminals, Stitch lands in China’s Huangshan mountains where he befriends a girl named Ai.
