A Latino barber in a macho world faces a tough road ahead when an attraction develops for a handsome stranger during a hot and sweaty summer in Brooklyn.

In a small town on the countryside, every young boy is forced to have the same bowl-head haircut known as the "Yoshino-gari" hairstyle. Then one day, a drastic change occurs when a transfer student with bleached hair comes from Tokyo.

The film revolves around three friends, one of whom decides to develop his father's shop for shaving. It is divided into three sections: one for men, the other for women and the third for animals. The first customer is a maid and her mistress is married. After that, he married a rich master to avenge her ex-husband.

An unusual request forces Delph the barber to come to terms with possible loss.
