Amsterdam, prima metà degli anni ’80. Frank e Jack si innamorano lavorando insieme nella “House of Boys”, un cabaret gay gestito da “Madame” che impiega una serie di ragazzi con varie problematiche alle spalle, che cantano e ballano seminudi. La brusca sterzata arriva quando Jack si ritrova malato di Aids e il dramma, l’amore e la morte, esplodono prepotenti nella vita dei due.
