Namun digambarkan penghuni dari kota dogville adalah para warga yang memiliki sopan santun, saling tolong menolong dan juga memiliki rasa empati yang tinggi. Hal tersebutlah yang membuat kota dogville selalu tenang dan tidak pernah memiliki konflik yang berarti.
