Svake godine skupina starijih francuskih parova smjesti svoje kampere uzduž istog brdovitog dijela rute Tour de Francea čekajući kako bi na trenutak ugledali bicikliste dok prolaze kraj njih. Kamera Valery Rosier i Meryl Fortunat-Rossi snima grupu zaokupljenu učestalim, često veoma smiješnim raspravama. Tu su i mali bračni sukobi, svakodnevni pokušaji pronalaženja najsavršenijeg TV signala te iščekivanje biciklista, dok se žale na mlade koji im blokiraju pogled. Svakodnevna razmišljanja ovih energičnih i u srcu mladih gledatelja odigrava se uz veličanstvene zvukove Ravelova „Bolera“.
