המתנקש האגדי ג'ון וויק נאלץ לחזור, לאחר שפרש, בעקבות קולגה לשעבר הזומם להשתלט על גילדת 'מתנקשי צללים' בינלאומית. הוא נוסע לרומא, שם הוא מתייצב אל מול הרוצחים הקטלניים ביותר בעולם.
