כשסנטה קלאוס נעלם מהקוטב הצפוני, ראש מערך האבטחה שלו נאלץ לשתף פעולה עם ההאקר הטוב בעולם כדי לאתר את סנטה במרדף מסחרר חוצה יבשות - על מנת להציל את חג המולד.

כאשר הדב האהוב וחובב המרמלדה מגלה שדודתו לוסי נעלמה מבית האבות לדובים בו חיה, פדינגטון ומשפחת בראון יוצאים לג'ונגל הפראי בפרו להרפתקה מרגשת ומסוכנת כאחת במטרה למצוא אותה, כשהרמז היחידי שברשותם למקום המצאה הוא סימון על מפה ייחודית. נחושים לפתור את התעלומה הם יוצאים ליערות הגשם הפראיים על גדות האמזונס במטרה למצוא את לוסי ואולי על הדרך ימצאו גם את המטמון הגדול בעולם.
