A happy-go-lucky detective confronts criminals and solves cases with fast-talking, hard-hitting style.

It is July 1941, and the Nazis are advancing towards Kyiv. A special squad is tasked with investigating major cases by acting both at the frontline and in the city itself, where rising criminals are joining German subversives in infiltrating the city, while a number of Soviet government representatives are happily profiting from other people’s misery.

A struggling cardiac surgeon is sent to change a corrupted first aid hospital. With a situation as critical as the patients it saves every day, the hospital will be the biggest challenge of all time.

The story revolves around the hatred between two step sisters, Nadya & Irina, who are in love with the same man, Igor. Blinded by jealousy and hatred towards Nadya, Irina frames her in a murder and separates her from Igor. However, Nadya returns to expose Irina and win back her love and respect.

Nothing holds Assia Demidova to her native village anymore: her mother, the last person who was dear to her, has recently died, leaving Assia completely alone.

A year and a half after her husband's assassination by a criminal gang, a death threat looms over Tamara. Her best friend Boris is also a police officer. Driven by a desire to solve the murder and his secret love for Tamara, he starts an investigation.

The spouses of Vera and Viktor Novikova are celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary. At the celebration, they invited Vera's sister, Nina, and her fiancé, Igor, to their home. But the holiday failed. In the evening, Nina is found dead on the street. At the same time, Valentin, who was Nina's fiance four years ago, appears in the city. Then Vera found out that he was a drug dealer and testified against him. Now Valentin is full of desire to take revenge on Vera and Igor, who took his beloved away from him.
