Mõni tund pärast eelmise suurema jama lõppemist plaanivad Harold ja Kumar juba uut seiklust. Seekord on paari kindlaks plaaniks lennata Amsterdami, et võita tüdruku süda, kellesse Harold on armunud. Uued pahandused hakkavad peale juba lennujaamas, kus Kumar kohtub oma ex-tüdruksõpra ning hakkab vastu turvakontrollis. Õnnelikult siiski lennukisse pääsenub, päästab üks vanadaam valla paanika, pidades Kumari tagaotsitavaks terrorostiks.
