Short film showing the relationship between man and nature.

The film is a praise of human willingness to take on the endless challenges of fate. The loaf of bread a prisoner receives each day is used to patch thousands of holes in the cell walls. They are inhabited by nerve-wracking busy insects that flit constantly from hole to hole. When the work is finished, the prisoner is unexpectedly transferred to another cell. The new loaf of bread held in his hands freezes dramatically halfway to his mouth: the walls of this cell are also strewn with thousands of holes.

Author's vision of "life after life". The man for whom death comes with a scythe is taken to the hospital. With the help of complicated equipment, he undergoes resuscitation procedures.

First edition of an animated newsreel containing - in the manner of newsreels - the latest news from the country and the world: "Polish economy in the grip of krill", "Oil spill in Karlin", "U-25 mystery deciphered", "Sensational-secession photoplasticon liquidated", "Situation in space".

A film mocking the consumerist attitude towards life.

The protagonist of the film is an old man who is hit by several cars while trying to cross a dangerous street. He hardly gets out of it alive, but in a moment he rubs against death again, and more than once.
