"Il testimone" (i.e. The witness) is a tv show created, made and presented by Pif. Every episode consists of a "mini-reportage", filmed through a little camera that Pif brings himself. This makes the spectator feel as if most of the tv filtres are removed and thus they can almost witness the events with their own eyes and feel directly involved in the social messages brought on by the show. Themes vary: they go from interviews to famous individuals, to trips, to the work of associations or even small everyday realities.

Mario is the title of a 2013 Italian sitcom aired on MTV Italy.

MTV Spit is a music program aired on MTV Italy and hosted by the italian rapper Marracash. This show focuses on freestyle battles on various current issues including rapper in the underground scene. The first season is aired from March 9 to May 4, 2012. A pilot episode, called Spit Gala, aired December 22, 2011. Besides Marracash, to debut as a presenter, there are in the role of fixed judges: J-Ax, Mastafive and Niccolò Agliardi, and the console to put the beats on which the rapper will clash race alternate Dj Tayone and Dj Double S. In the Spit Gala however the judges were, in addition to J-Ax, Fabri Fibra and the Club Dogo. The second season of the show will be aired from May 8, 2013. Marracash is confirmed as the host, and the new judges are Morgan, Max Pezzali, Ensi and Paola Zukar.

Total Request Live was the Italian version of the American show of the same name that originated in 1999. Originally broadcast weekdays at 2.00 p.m., its time slot was changed as it ran into its second season. It was broadcast at 3.00 p.m. starting in 2002. The main presenters, during the ten seasons, were Alessandro Cattelan, Giorgia Surina, Marco Maccarini, Carolina Di Domenico, and Federico Russo. As from June 2, 2008 the show is hosted by Elena Santarelli and Carlo Pastore, who presented another music programme of MTV, Your Noise. During her episode of May 15, 2009, Elena Santarelli, because of her maternity, left the show. Elisabetta Canalis came replacing her. In 2010 the show had been completely renovated and have changed his name in TRL On the Road, so the show wasn't hosted from a stage, but from a truck to make viewers more involved. Despite the show has been cancelled from MTV schedule in 2010, the TRL Awards were anyway celebrated until 2012.
