Οι δύο άνδρες δίνουν καθημερινά και με μεγάλο προσωπικό κόστος έναν δύσκολο αγώνα μέσα από τις αλληλοσυμπληρούμενες δομές τους, που, παραδόξως, ενώ το επίσημο κράτος τις απορρίπτει, όλοι οι υπόλοιποι φορείς απευθύνονται σε αυτές ως η μόνη λύση!
