Ο Ντέρεκ Ζουλάντερ έχει αντιμετωπίσει ως τώρα επιτυχώς τα αμέτρητα κυνηγητά από τους επίμονους παπαράτσι κι έχει κερδίσει τον τίτλο του «Καλύτερου Μοντέλου της Χρονιάς» για τρεις συνεχόμενους διαγωνισμούς, χωρίς μάλιστα να κινδυνέψει σοβαρά από άλλον αντίπαλο. Μόνο που τώρα αυτό το παγκοσμίως διάσημο φωτομοντέλο θέλει ν΄ αποδείξει ότι δεν είναι απλά ένας αντικειμενικά πολύ όμορφος γκόμενος ντυμένος με σακάκι από δέρμα φιδιού. Πολύ περισσότερο είναι έτοιμος να αποδείξει σ' όλους ότι είναι μεν ένας πολύ όμορφος άντρας, θα πρέπει, όμως, να τον υπολογίζει ως σοβαρό αντίπαλο ο υπόκοσμος του χώρου της μόδας, δίνοντας έτσι στα εκατομμύρια των θαυμαστών του κι ένα σοβαρό λόγο να τον λατρέψουν ακόμη πιο πολύ!

Η πορεία της επιχείρησης αλλάζει ριζικά. Νέα σχέδια, έντονα χρώματα, ψηλά τακούνια, μπότες ως το μηρό και πολλά ακόμα ριζοσπαστικά στοιχεία θα φέρουν νέο αέρα στο παλιό εργοστάσιο και θα εκτινάξουν τις πωλήσεις.

Ένας επιτυχημένος φωτογράφος στο Λονδίνο, του οποίου ο κόσμος περιορίζεται από τη μόδα, την ποπ μουσική, τη μαριχουάνα και το εύκολο σεξ, αισθάνεται ότι η ζωή του είναι βαρετή και απελπισμένη. Αλλά μέσα σε μια μέρα, κατά λάθος πιάνει σε βίντεο την διάπραξη ενός φόνου, όπου το πτώμα του θύματος φωτογραφίζεται αμυδρά. Προσπαθώντας να βρει την άκρη σε αυτό που βρήκε, θα ζητήσει συμβουλές από τους φίλους του, αλλά δυστυχώς κανείς δε θα μπορεί να συμμεριστεί την αγωνία του. Την λύση θα την βρει ξαφνικά μέσα από ένα μικρό περιστατικό που θα του δείξει ότι όλα είναι σχετικά και ότι όλα είναι θέμα οπτικής...

Λαμβάνοντας υπ'όψιν και το γεγονός πως ο χαρακτήρας του δεύτερου γυναικείου ρόλου είναι πραγματικός και εμπνευσμένος απο την ζωή της Gitanjali Nagpal πραγματικού σούπερ μοντέλου της Ινδίας η ταινία γίνεται ακόμη πιο ρελιστική. Όσο για την ερμηνεία της Priyanka Chopra ήταν αρκετή για να κλείσει τα στόματα όλων αυτών που υποστηρίζουν πως μια πρώην Μις κόσμος και σούπερ μοντέλο δεν έχει τα απαιτούμενα προσόντα σαν ηθοποιός πρώτου μεγέθους.
