In Hikaris Pause ziehen sich unsere drei Heldinnen auf einen Spielplatz zurück, um dort weiter von Jungs und Schmuck zu schwärmen. Doch ihre Träumereien werden jäh durch einen Unbekannten unterbrochen, der sie fragt, ob sie Pretty Cure seien und sie kurz darauf angreift. Wer ist dieser Unbekannte und was will er von Pretty Cure? Steckt etwa die Hexe aus dem Reich der Dunkelheit dahinter und was hat sie vor? All das werdet ihr erfahren.

Miyuki und ihre Freunde begegnen einem geheimnisvollen Mädchen, das sie ins Land der Bilderbücher einlädt. Doch dort ist nicht alles so friedlich, wie es auf den ersten Blick scheint.

Ayumi Sakagami, ein Mädchen das PreCures anhimmelt, ist ständig alleine, da sie zu schüchtern ist und ihr der Mut fehlt, um ihre Klassenkameraden anzusprechen. Jedoch lernt sie eines Tages Fuu-chan kennen und sie freunden sich miteinander an. Fuu-chan ist ein Überbleibsel der Fusion Foe, welche schon in Eiga Precure All Stars DX: Minna Tomodachi - Kiseki no Zenin Daishuugou von den Precure Magical Girls besiegt wurden. Nachdem Fuu-chan Ayumis Vorliebe für PreCures bemerkt, welche für ihre aktuell kleinere Körpergröße verantwortlich sind, entschließt sie sich, ihre alte Form zurückzuerlangen und Yokohamas Minato Mirai Bezirk in die totale Dunkelheit einzuhüllen.

Nachdem der König gerettet wurde, will er mit seiner Tochter nach Major Land zurückkehren. Plötzlich verschwindet die Musik auf der Erde. Die Precure reisen mit dem König nach Major Land, wo sie auf einen unerwarteten Gegner treffen, gegen den sie all ihre Kräfte aufbringen müssen.

Eines Tages, bekommt Mana von ihrer Mutter und Großmutter ein Hochzeitskleid geschenkt, dass beide damals getragen haben. Während Mana darüber nachdenkt, wann sie es einmal tragen wird, erscheint auf einmal ein mysteriöser Mann namens Matthew und schickt Mana zurück in die Vergangenheit. Sie ist glücklich ihre Großmutter, die sie liebte und ihren Hund Maro wiederzusehen, aber sie realisiert schnell, dass Rikka und Alice nicht bei ihr sind, denn ihre Erinnerungen wurden verändert. Um ihre wertvollen Erinnerungen, die Zukunft, Träume und Hoffnungen zu retten, muss sich Mana in Cure Heart verwandeln und Matthew aufhalten.

Nachdem sie die Probleme im Labyrinth-Königreich gelöst haben, leben Love Momozono und ihre Freunde ein glückliches Leben und führen ihr Tanztraining fort. Doch plötzlich verschwinden die Spielzeuge der Kinder aus der Stadt und die Mädchen willigen ein, bei der Suche nach ihnen zu helfen. Love Momozonos Stoffhase erwacht plötzlich zum Leben und erzählt den Cures, dass Toymajin für alles verantwortlich ist. Die Mitglieder der Fresh Pretty Cure reisen dann ins Königreich der Spielzeuge, um die Lage zu retten.

Tsubomi Hanasaki wird eines Morgens von ihrer besten Freundin Erika Kurumi geweckt mit der schlechten Nachricht, dass ihre Feen Coffret und Shypre verschwunden sind! Diese haben jedoch eine Nachricht hinterlassen, dass sie im Fairy Park zu finden sind. Dort wollen sich heute am Eröffnungstag auch alle anderen PreCures nach langer Zeit treffen. In dem Themenpark befindet sich der »Regenbogen Juwel«, ein wertvoller Edelstein, welcher alle Hoffnungen und Träume der Menschen auf der ganzen Welt widerspiegelt. Kein Wunder, dass sich die bösen Mächte diesen mächtigen Stein zu Nutze machen wollen und den Stein in ihren Besitz bringen möchten. Wird es den vereinten Kräften der PreCures gelingen den Stein zu beschützen?

Im Skiurlaub stößt Hikari auf ein großes, im Schnee liegendes Ei, aus dem ein großes, gelbes Küken schlüpft. Das Ei wurde von einem Kurier des Gartens über den Wolken aus Versehen fallen gelassen, als er damit in den Garten des Lichts wollte, um es von der dortigen Königin segnen zu lassen. Dies ist auch Freezun und Frozun nicht entgangen, die den Garten über den Wolken zerstören wollen und das Küken, das dem Garten Wärme und Licht bringt, gefangen nehmen. Die beiden Bösewichte frieren die Herzen von Pretty Cure ein und hetzen sie aufeinander. Doch deren Freundschaft ist größer und durchbricht das Eis in deren Seele. Gemeinsam mit Shiny Luminous gelingt es, die Eis-Brüder zu besiegen, das Küken, welches Hikari »Hinata« getauft hatte zu befreien und den Garten über den Wolken, der in Eis und Schnee versunken war, wieder ergrünen zu lassen. Hinata ist ein Houou oder Phönix, der Wärme und Licht über den Garten und die Welt bringt.

An Nozomis Geburtstag taucht Bunbee auf, der ein Mädchen aus einer anderen Welt, Chokola, jagt. Pretty Cure retten sie und zum Dank dafür lädt sie die Mädchen in ihre Heimat, das Königreich der Süßigkeiten, ein. Hier, in diesem Schlaraffenland mit Flüssen aus Fruchtsaft und Süßigkeiten, die auf Bäumen wachsen, gefällt es den Mädchen natürlich sehr gut. Leider machen sie auch Bekanntschaft mit Mushiban und seinen Untergebenen Trocken und Bitter, die das Königreich übernehmen und Pretty Cure in Süßigkeiten verwandeln wollen. Und so kämpfen Pretty Cure, um das Königreich zu beschützen, nicht nur gegen Mushiban und seine Helfer, sondern auch gegen Coco, der von Mushiban einer Gehirnwäsche unterzogen wurde.

Pretty Cure möchte sich gerade ein Puppenspiel ansehen, als vor dem Start die Puppen plötzlich anfangen zu sprechen. »Bitte rettet unser Reich!« sagt die Ballerina Puppe Tsumugi und führt die Mädchen kurzerhand in ihr Königreich, dem Reich der Puppen. Dort angekommen dachten PreCure, dass sie dort von niedlichen Stofftieren umgeben sein werden, stattdessen begegnen sie dort einem geheimnisvollen Mann namens Black Fang, der das Reich der Puppen attackiert und Tsumugi entführt. Das Land, das eigentlich von Glück nur so erfüllt ist, besitzt aber ein trauriges Geheimnis.

Eines Tages erschien ein mysteriöses Wesen namens Yuma vor den Pretty Cures. Hikaru und Lala sind nicht in der Lage, mit Yuma durch Worte zu kommunizieren... Aber sie können ihre Gefühle mit Liedern teilen!? Durch Gesang sind Hikaru und Lala in der Lage, eine Verbindung zu Yuma aufzubauen. Plötzlich werden die Mädchen durch das Aussehen mysteriöser Alienjäger in eine Zwickmühle gebracht! Yuma scheint auch gehen zu wollen... Um Yumas und alle anderen Gefühle zu schützen, nehmen die Pretty Cure am Kampf teil!!

Die Mädchen sind nach Paris gereist, wo sie Erikas Mutter bei einer Modenschau als Models helfen sollen. Auf einmal begegnet Tsubomi einem mysteriösen Jungen, der sich »Loup Garou« nennt. Schnell wird den Mädchen von PreCure klar, dass dieser Junge dringend Hilfe braucht. Doch dieser möchte keine Hilfe haben und lehnt sie strikt ab, denn er steht unter dem Einfluss, des Wüstenapostels »Baron Salamander«.

Enen und Gureru, werden vom Direktor ihrer Feenschule damit beauftragt, Informationen über das neue PreCure Team »Happiness Charge« zu sammeln. Dabei bekommen sie tatkräftige Unterstützung, von Mana und ihren Freunden, deren Feen, einen guten Kontakt zu Ribbon haben, dem Partner des Teams, dass die beiden suchen. Doch bei ihrer Suche, stoßen sie noch auf ein anderes seltsames Vorkommen, denn alle Kinder verfallen plötzlich in einen mysteriösen Schlaf und wachen nicht mehr auf. Nun liegt es an Pretty Cure herauszufinden, was genau da vor sich geht und die Kinder davor zu retten.

An einem schönen Tag entscheiden die Mädchen, einen Themenpark namens »Princess Land« zu besuchen. Doch die Freude über den Besuch hält nicht lange an, als Coco und Natsu von zwei Figuren, die wie Bären aussehen, in das Land der Spiegel entführt werden. Die Mädchen folgen ihnen und müssen hier nicht nur gegen den bösen Oberschurken Shadow kämpfen, sondern auch gegen ihre eigenen Doppelgänger.

Auf ihrem Weg zu einem Gesangswettbewerb treffen Mai und Saki einen merkwürdigen Mann, der nach der ältesten Uhr der Stadt sucht. Es stellt sich heraus, dass eben diese älteste Uhr ein Portal zum Land der Uhren ist. Bei dem Mann handelt es sich um einen Diener von Dark Fall, der versucht die Zeit anzuhalten und die Welt zu zerstören. Mit der Hilfe von den Geistern der Uhren muss das Team von Pretty Cure nun dem mysteriösen Mann entkommen und den Fluss der Zeit wieder fortsetzen.

Manatsu Natsuumi is a first-year junior high school student born and raised on a small island. On the day she moves from the island, She meets Laura, a mermaid girl who has come to the earth alone in search of the legendary warrior, PreCure. Laura's hometown, Grand Ocean, is attacked by a witch who lives in the dark depths of the ocean, and all of their motivational power is taken away. It is said that if the motivational power of humans is also taken away, the world will be in deep trouble. Laura is captured by the witch's servant, and Manatsu transforms into Cure Summer to save her.

Mirai Asahina, a thirteen-year-old girl who is excited by various things, goes with her stuffed bear, Mofurun, to investigate a mysterious object that fell from the sky. There, she meets a young magician named Liko who is searching for something known as the Linkle Stone Emerald. When dark servants of Dokuroxy come seeking the Linkle Stone Emerald, Mirai and Liko join hands with Mofurun and transform into the legendary magicians known as the Pretty Cures to fight against them. Thus, Mirai joins Liko in attending Magic School, where they must learn how to use magic while also fighting off Dokuroxy's minions.

In Animal Town where humans and animals live together, Iroha who loves animals is very close to her dog Komugi! One day, a mysterious creature called a GaruGaru goes berserk in her city. In order to protect Iroha, Komugi transforms into a human and even a Pretty Cure…!? We have to protect such berserk animals! Let's join forces and return the animals to the Niko Garden!

Nagisa Misumi and Honoka Yukishiro couldn't be more different. Working up the courage, Tsubomi turns into Cure Blossom and a new chapter of Pretty Cure begins!

Go! Princess PreCure is set in a boarding junior high school, named Noble Academy. The protagonist Haruka Haruno is a 13-year-old first-year student. Her big dream is to be a princess someday because she admired a princess in the picture book she has kept since her childhood. One day, she transforms into Cure Flora with the "Dress Up Key" which Prince Kanata of Hope Kingdom gave her as a good luck charm when she was little. Then she also finds other Pretty Cure girls in her school, 14-year-old Minami Kaidou as Cure Mermaid and 13-year-old Kirara Amanogawa as Cure Twinkle. As the Princess Pretty Cure team, with two fairies Pafu and Aroma, they fight against the dark witch Dyspear, who hates all the dreams in the world and wants to turn them to despair.
