Met (Erik Lajvli) i Džon (Oliver Hadson) su dva brata koja polaze na egzotično ostrvo na nedelju dana zabave i odmora. Braći se pridružuje Džonova devojka Sara (Tejrin Mening) i prijatelj Noa (Hil Harper). Na ostrvo su pošli radi provoda. Jednog prijatelja napada divlji (mutirani) pas. Taj napad navodi ostale da napuste ostrvo što je pre moguće. Počinju da se pakuju i tad se ospostavlja da je njihov avion uništen i da su bukvalno zarobljeni na tom ostrvu, Kako vreme prolazi, čopori tih pasa ih napadaju sve više; snalaze se kako umeju da ih izbegnu. Još uvek planiraju da napute ostrvo, ali čopor pasa ih neće pustiti žive da odu.
