Teddy walks in while a man is about ot have his dinner. Teddy interrupts the man every time he wants to eat. When the man runs away angry, Teddy quickly eats his food: frogs. The frogs have their effect on Teddy immediately: he jumps through the house and ends up on the street where he jumps over streets, trees, water and trains. Meanwhile, a growing parade of people follows Teddy, until he can no longer jump and is taken away in a cloth.
