Set at the end of the Singasari Kingdom and the rise of Kediri Kingdom; there are two siblings, Arya Dwipangga, who loves literature, and Arya Kamandanu, who loves martial arts. Dwipangga steals Kamandanu’s girlfriend and runs away but gets trapped in the cave of weapon master, Empu Ranubaya, who makes him a student. Ranubaya and Empu Hanggareksa, Kamandanu’s father, are fellow students from the same school. But while Hanggareksa serves Kartanegara, the king of Singasari; Ranubaya refuses to. A messenger of Kublai Khan from Mongolia offers Kertanegara a peaceful relationship. When Kertanegara refuses the offer, the Mongolian messenger kidnaps Ranubaya.

Jampang is against oppression in the Cemara village. He kills Frans when the latter tries to rape and kill Rabiah. Even Ibnu, his own brother, is not spared when he commits a crime.

After being fired from his job for embezzling, Supandi moves to a remote village with his wife Lia and begins working as a well digger. On one of his jobs he finds the decapitated head of a man who was murdered by some martial arts students. The head possesses him and uses him to get revenge.

Set during the kingdom of Majapahit after the reign of King Hayam Wuruk, the Saur Sepuh films were based on the popular radio plays in the 80s. Lasmini is raped and thrown into a ravine, but is saved by Granny Lawu. She is then taught martial arts until the granny dies. Then Lasmini leaves the mountain to find her rapists and kills them one by one. One day, she has a fight with Mantili because she is close to Bentar. Then Lasmini returns to Mount Lawu to improve her martial arts. After learning new skills, she returns to challenge all the martial arts experts and is victorious. Mantili then goes to improve his skills from Brama and challenges Lasmini. Now Lasmini is defeated.

This is the second Indonesian Tarzan film with Barry Prima. The previous one was Tarzan Raja Rimba made in 1989.

Sumiati lets her husband marry Yati because she cannot bear a child. But when Yati delivers, Sumiati is pregnant and gives birth to Mira. Mira’s presence worries Yati. Therefore Yati accuses Sumiati of cheating. Sumiati leaves the house. Mira learns of this history as Yati always insults her when she asks for her monthly allowance. There is more tension when Rachmat, who is matched to Yati’s daughter, Neneng, is more attracted to Mira. By chance, Mira repeatedly catches Yati having affairs. Her father is furious. Then Yati runs away with the fortune and the child of her affair. Neneng, who stays, commits suicide. Her father realises his mistake and reconciles with Sumiati. Rachmat has also come back for Mira.

Eri is arrested for murder. At that time, he was with his girlfriend, Rita, an orphan who makes a living from singing, and who supports Eri financially. Rita has waited faithfully for Eri’s release for seven years and she even picks him up when he gets out of prison. Eri meets Ayu for the first time when he helps her to replace her car tyre. Eri changes his name to Heru Damanik and starts to see Ayu, a wealthy widow with one child, and he eventually marries her.

So she asks Kendra to find a prospective wife. Later, Kendra meets Selma, a police officer, who often works undercover. The relationship between Kendra and Selma becomes more passionate. But they conceal their true identities from each other. Kendra claims that he works in a social foundation while Selma says that she is a civil servant. But when Selma finally admits that she is an undercover police officer to uncover smuggling cases, tax evasion and mafia gangs, Kendra is shocked. Selma is also shocked to learn the true identity of Kendra. However, Kendra promises Selma that if she ever catches him in a crime, she can arrest him herself.

Santoso signs an agreement with Ghozal, a bandit, to blow up his own factory in order to get compensation from his insurance. The plan fails when Ghozal enters the factory and the security alarm rings. The security guards act promptly but Ghozal manages to escape. The pursuit of Ghozal becomes the core of the drama. As a copycat genre film, Ghozal even hijacks a helicopter and acts like a terrorist by finding hostages in a hospital. In the end, he is besieged by the police. A long negotiation occurs before he is killed.

The Story about Tarzan

Anton and his wife Rita rent a beautiful house that belongs to Dudung Sasmita, whose face was scarred in an accident at the pharmaceutical laboratory where he works. But he forgets this restraint when he robs the house of a gold trader. The daughter of the trader who is hiding in the room suddenly runs out when she hears a siren. Wawan panics and kills her. This incident begins to haunt him. With the help of his girlfriend, Suci, whom he meets in the brothel, Wawan intends to give up crime. He works as a labourer in a construction project. His friends worry that he would betray them so they want to kill him. When they attack him, his fellow worker, Daniel, helps him. Daniel, who is a Surabayan thug, invites him to join the gang.

This film is a re-edited compilation of Saur Sepuh I, Saur Sepuh II, and Saur Sepuh III.

Samboja, a thug who controls an area, catches Ceking and his friends who are trying to rape two girls, Dyah Setiowati and Marlina. Samboja tries to help and is stabbed. Samboja is thought to be the rapist and is arrested. One of the victims, Dyah Setiowati, defends him to the police and he is released. But this incident makes him an enemy of the drug syndicate, who the rapist Ceking works for. Although his friend, Leo, who also works for the syndicate, defends him, the drug boss orders his men to kill Samboja. Dyah, the daughter of a cultural attaché, sympathises with him, especially when she finds out that he visits the daughter of Astri, the prostitute, in the orphanage.

Brama Kumbara (Denny Porlen) is preparing for eternity through an ascetic cleansing. Meanwhile, the Madangkara Kingdom has been handed over to his daughter, Wanapati (Agus Kuncoro).
