تدور أحداث الجزء الثاني حول قصتين متوازيتين؛ الأولى: تتعلق بالابن (مايكل كورليوني) في الخمسينيات من القرن الماضي، بعد نهاية الجزء الأول؛ إذ يسعى للتوسع في نشاط عائلته في أماكن جديدة مثل لاس فيجاس، وهوليوود، وكوبا. والثانية: عودة للماضي لتاريخ الأب (فيتو كورليوني) وطفولته في (صقلية) بإيطاليا في بداية القرن العشرين، هجرته لأمريكا مجبرًا وتأسيسه لعائلة كورليوني الإجرامية في مدينة نيويورك.

بعد حصوله على البطاقة الخضراء مقابل اغتيال مسؤول حكومي كوبي ، يطالب توني مونتانا بتجارة المخدرات في ميامي. يقتل توني بوحشية أي شخص يقف في طريقه ، ويصبح في النهاية أكبر أباطرة مخدرات في الولاية ، حيث يتحكم تقريبًا في كل الكوكايين الذي يأتي عبر ميامي. لكن الضغط المتزايد من الشرطة والحروب مع عصابات المخدرات الكولومبية والبارانويا التي تغذيها المخدرات تعمل على تأجيج نيران سقوطه في نهاية المطاف.

يروي رجل العصابات السابق "هنري هيل" قصّة صعوده وسقوطه المثيرة والعنيفة وسط عائلة إجرامية في "نيويورك"، حيث يتحوّل حلم كبير إلى كابوس مرعب.

تدور أحداث الفيلم حول القاتل المحترف السابق جون ويك (كيانو ريفز) ، والذي يحدث له شيء يعكر عليه حياته المسالمة الحالية ، حيث يقوم أحد اللصوص باقتحام بيته ، وسرقة سيارته ، وقتل كلبه ، الكلب الذي أعطته له زوجته السابقة ، فيذهب (جون) إلى (نيويورك) سعيا إلى الانتقام من هذا اللص ، ولكن يكتشف أن والد هذا اللص هو زعيم عصابة روسي ، والذي يضع مكافأة لمن يقتل (جون) ، وإذا بـ(ماركوس) الشريك السابق ، وصديق (جون) يحاول الحصول على هذه المكافأة .

علاقة لورا وماسيمو معلقة في الميزان وهما يحاولان التغلب على قضايا الثقة بينما يعمل ناتشو العنيد على دفعهما بعيدا.

تدور أحداث الفيلم حول رئيس عصابة ينجو من هجوم قاتل متسلسل استهدفه ليقرر ملاحقته والإنتقام منه، فيضطر شرطي للعمل معه من أجل الإمساك بالقاتل، فمن منهما سيفوز بالرهان ويقبض على الشيطان؟

تدور احداث الفيلم في نهاية السبعينيات، نجد أن (فيتو كورليوني) قد شارف على الستينيات من عمره. يدمره الشعور بالذنب عن أفعاله القاسية والحادة، خصوصا قيامه بقتله أخيه (فريدو). تقريبا قد تقاعد (مايكل) عن كل الأعمال الخاصة بأسرة كيرليوني وترك الأمور الإجرامية ليديرها مساعده (جوي)، ويحاول استخدام ثروته الهائلة في تحسين سمعته عبر القيام بالعديد من الأعمال الخيرية. (مايكل) و(كاي) حصلا على الطلاق، وترك (مايكل) لـ (كاى) حضانة طفليهما (مريم) و(أنتوني).

في حيّ "ساوث سنترال" في "لوس أنجلوس"، يسقط في وحل حياة الشوارع شابّ من ذوي البشرة السوداء وقريبه فتى العصابات، فتنكشف أعمال خطيرة وهزلية.
